In Part Two of this interview Hofacker discusses trends in Internet security, privacy, business-to-business commerce and technology.

Track 1
Hofacker discusses Internet security and privacy issues, which he says limit the medium's potential. He notes that consumers will provide information if it leads to convenience rather than invasion of privacy.
Track 2
According to Hofacker, complicated passwords and firewalls are two of the best methods of protecting a company's Web site and computers.
Track 3
Hofacker explains the prime advantages of an Internet marketing strategy, including its low cost and high storage capacity.
Track 4
Hofacker predicts that competition between cable and phone companies will improve the quality of Internet connections and that video will have large impact on communication between users.
